Andrew Fligel

Andy joined Intel Capital in 2000. Prior to Intel Capital, Andy was an Associate in the investment banking group at Robinson-Humphrey, where he completed 12 capital raising and 18 M&A transactions for middle-market firms in a range of industries. He currently serves as a Board Observer for Virtustream, Joyent, Parallels, Hubspan and Stratus Technologies. Andy led investments in and managed exits for LogMeIn (NASDAQ: LOGM) and Managed Objects (acquired by Novell). Andy also worked on the deal teams that invested in JBoss (acquired by Red Hat), Pure Networks (acquired by Cisco) and Mediabolic (acquired by Macrovision). Andy has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Commerce and a minor in mathematics from the University of Virginia, where he was an Echols Scholar.
