Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2012 by Martha Switzer and Christina Ford, Sprout Wellness Solutions had been backed by TELUS, Techstars, NorthSpring Capital Partners, Optimé International Inc., Roboson Capital Inc., Dipcom Investments Corp. and others.
