The bids were competitive, and the negotiation focused mainly on the quality of the bids. The technical and organisational analysis of the tender documents, the understanding of our needs, a good estimate of the workload, a preparatory schedule for getting started, challenged subcontractors and REVIT experience in the context of BIM operations made the difference and demonstrated SPIE's motivation. SPIE also agreed to be audited as part of its mission on various obligations related to the comfort of occupants and the energy management of the building, for the entire duration of the contract. We have also placed great emphasis on a daily presence on site and the supervision of the technical team, which has recognised experience and skills.
