Mr. Coonan is Chairman of Rodin Audio, a leader in home and automobile electronics. Prior to his role at Rodin, Mr. Coonan was Chairman and largest shareholder of Kentrox, Inc., a leader in the telecommunications equipment business. Prior to that, Mr. Coonan was Chairman and owner of Hotel Software Systems Ltd, a provider of property management software for the hospitality industry. From 1990 through 2000, Mr. Coonan was Chief Executive Officer of OECO, a custom electronics manufacturer of defense, aerospace and high reliability electronic components. The company's commercial contract manufacturing subsidiary was sold for $37 million in 1998. OECO itself was sold in 2000 for another $18 million. Mr. Coonan also served as Director of Business Alliances for the Oregon University System from 1998 until 2003. Mr. Coonan's career began with marketing positions with Pillsbury and General Mills.
