The following products were featured by Skyworks at the IMS 2022 event: Aerospace and Defense The OLC049 / OLC249 / OLC449 are specifically designed for large satellite constellation applications that require optical isolation in radiation environments such as gamma, neutron, and proton radiation with a high Current Transfer Ratio (CTR) and low saturation VCE. The TT49764E-TR and TT49778E-TR are the newly released ceramic band pass filters. TT49778E-TR is a 1227/1575 MHz Ceramic Diplexer ideal for GPS L1-L2, while TT49764E-TR is a 4700 MHz Ceramic Filter for L (GPS) and C (Security Radio) band filters. Internet of Things (IoT) Skyworks' SKY77638-51 SkyLiTE™ is a MMMB PAM that supports 3G/4G devices and operates efficiently in CDMA, WCDMA, and LTE modes. The module is fully programmable through a Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI). It has extremely low leakage current and can maximize handset standby time. The SKY6642x is a family of compact, high performance RF front-end modules (FEMs) which is specifically designed for LPWAN – supporting LoRa® , SigFox and other unlicensed band technologies – as well as high-power Industrial, Scientific, Medical (ISM) applications operating in the 860-930 MHz frequency range.
