Danielle Tara Harker, from Burnley, died just months after being diagnosed with stage four bowel cancer . Suzi Folley praised her daughter's "strength of a warrior" and "beauty of a princess" adding that she "she lit up a room with her presence." Danielle leaves behind her two children Shae, three, Arlo, two and husband of five years Anthony Harker. She was diagnosed with the cancer in late 2021 after doctors initially thought her symptoms were related to her Crohn's Disease, a type of inflammatory bowel disease. Danielle had lived with the condition since she was 17-years-old, reports Lancs Live . Danielle leaves behind her two children, Shae, three and Arlo, two, and husband of five years Anthony Harker. Her mum, Suzi Folley, who set up a fundraising page to raise money for Danielle's infant children, paid tribute to her "warrior" daughter. Suzi said: "To my gorgeous girl, the strength of a warrior the beauty of a princess. Generous and touchingly thoughtful. After eight gruelling months of battling her cancer she now rests in total peace. She had a gift to readily support her family and friends, offering clear truths and advice with wisdom beyond her years. "From age 17 with a diagnosis of Crohn's Disease, life was challenging. She spent six weeks in Hope Hospital's Intensive Care Unit and survived. She mastered her Crohn's, developing a career around her symptoms. "She met her soul mate Anthony and married him in Cyprus on a white beach. Shortly followed the birth of her two beautiful munchkins. "They are her mirror image with strong, sunshine personalities. What a legacy she leaves us all.. My brave, beautiful girl. At peace at last." Suzi also thanked staff at Pendleside Hospice, where Danielle spent the latter stages of her battle. She continued: "Words do not do justice to the pride, admiration and love I feel for my daughter. Our hearts are shattered; the one consolation is that her pain has stopped and she is truly at peace - her suffering was immense. "The Pendleside staff were amazing.
