This Windows based Insight MIS aims to provide an easily customised screen display of real time information on in-bound and out-bound calls, as well as producing user definable reports. The system communicates directly with ACDs and switches via the real time event port. It stores all events in raw form allowing fully flexible reporting including event logging by Agent, Line, DDI Number and Account Code. Audible and visual alarms are triggered when performance parameters exceed user programmable limits. The MIS is supplied on both stand alone and on networked
