In Era Of Underfunded Schools, "Tools For Schools" Program Will Match Up To $10,000 In Donations For Classroom Supplies News provided by 14:00 ET Share this article SACRAMENTO, Calif., July 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Tools for Schools , a social media-based program run by Schools Financial Credit Union , will match up to $10,000 in donations for classroom supplies for local schools. The program, launched today, invites anyone to donate money — either online or at a Schools Financial branch — or drop off specific classroom supplies at any branch through August 31, 2017. Beginning August 15, 2017, people can use Schools Financial's Facebook page to nominate a school to receive a van full of essential classroom supplies.
