In January 2000, Ms. Hayes founded and managed a 22M private equity fund, Futuris Capital, with partners at top investment banks on Wall Street for the purpose of raising seed capital for early stage technology companies. She's had several successful exits, with one of the major exits to public security company, RSA Security. She is a member of the Executive Women in Security Forum and is a frequent speaker on cyber-related issues.
