Latest Yello News
Apr 27, 2022
On Apr 27, 2022 Yello, the largest end-to-end DEI and Early Talent Recruitment platform provider, announced that the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) has granted them FedRAMP Authorization. FedRAMP enables the federal government to accelerate the adoption of cloud computing by creating transparent standards and processes for security authorizations. Yello partnered with the Department of State to achieve FedRAMP certification and prove their commitment to the cybersecurity and privacy standards required by government agencies. FedRAMP authorization marks a significant milestone for Yello and unlocks the opportunity for expansion into additional government agencies and enterprise employers. With Yello Government Recruiting Solution, federal agencies will have access to customizable in-person and virtual recruitment event solutions. Agencies can accelerate hiring for traditional and non-traditional job announcements with tools like: Job Boards: List your job announcements on your website, using a standalone job board that integrates with USAJobs. Virtual & In-Person Events: Promote and host career fairs, webinars, hiring events and more — both in-person and virtual. Candidate Engagement: Track all candidate actions, and send personalized communications in one centralized place. Application Management: Manage all applicants, and automate follow-up and next steps in the hiring process. As recruiting teams everywhere face the Great Resignation, the federal government is especially vulnerable to talent losses. According to Glassdoor, public sector time-to-hire is nearly twice as high as the global average. While the US federal government strives for an 80-day average, recent annual time-to-hire metrics have lagged behind that goal. Ensuring agencies have access to the tools they need to modernize their hiring process — while keeping data secure — is key to closing the growing gap between public and private sector. “Yello knows data security and privacy are critical for any company or government agency. After years of major investments, Yello is excited to be recognized as FedRAMP Authorized. Now, all federal agencies and security-minded organizations can leverage security authorizations for a seamless implementation, start recruiting top talent quickly, and ensure their data is always protected,” said Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Yello, Dan Bartfield .
