Miles has a BA in business administration from the University of Washington and a JD, cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law.

Sanket Merchant is a Principal at PeakSpan Capital, a growth-stage investment firm with offices in Silicon Valley and New York City. He has dedicated his entire career to working with growth-stage business software businesses across the entire company development lifecycle (1st institutional capital to exit).
