It is reported that Ryabenkiy will take a 35% share in the company, which intends to release the apps in Moscow within a week and throughout CIS next year. Geared primarily at students, the app will offer users a list of vacancies based on their proximity to the user’s home. Presumably Trachuk knows a bit about marketing to students, as his community in Vkontakte targets younger generation, and has nearly 3 million followers. Within the app, as seen in screenshots on the company’s site, users will be able to filter positions by position, scheduled-hours, location, and wage. As Trachuk stated in an interview from earlier this year, they are mainly interested in offering vacancies for restaurants, retail, mobile-telephone shops, entry-level positions at offices, banks, and automobile services. He goes on to say that the service will be monetized by requiring the user to select a subscription plan after the initial month-long trial period.
