Greenway Health, a health information technology and services provider, named Phreesia, a patient intake management platform, its Partner of the Year. It also named startup QueueDr its inaugural Rookie of the Year. Both Phreesia and QueueDr are members of Greenway Health's marketplace, where customers can evaluate and implement solutions that add value to their Greenway Health platforms. This is the third year in a row Greenway Health has named Phreesia Partner of the Year. The Phreesia platform automates the intake process and captures demographic and clinical information, verifies eligibility and benefits and collects copays and outstanding balances. More than 700 Greenway Health practices use the Phreesia platform. QueueDr is a web-based platform that automatically fills cancellations, reschedules no-shows and re-books bumped appointments. Greenway Health created the Rookie of the Year recognition to honor QueueDr. QueueDr sends more than 36 million transactions through Greenway's application programming interface every month.
