We typically purchase properties at 40% - 60% of its after repair value, which includes acquisition and rehab costs. Acquiring properties between $80,000 - $525,000 and reselling them for $130,000 to $1,600,000+ based on the neighborhood.Once a property is renovated it is competitively marketed, listed for sale in the newspaper, on the Internet and with realtors; giving the properties maximum exposure to sale in 90 days or less. Goals and ObjectivesWithin a years’ time frame we are able to complete between 90 - 100 homes with an average profit per deal between $52,000 - $174,000 or more.
