HER App is mobile application for the women security. Unlike other existing apps, it does have to be pre-fed with numbers that can be dialed in case of emergency, rather it is Community solution that relies on community participation and location based Services. HER( Help Emergency request) once raised goes though the following workflows: 1. Get the list of users who have opted to be part “Help Brigade” within 2 -5 Km of the request initiator and Send a Push Notification to the users, with the option to ACCEPT/Reject the HER. 2.Place an IVR call to the user (s), with the option to accept/Reject HER request with the location on a map. 3. Once a HER is raised, the location of user is updated continuously , during which the cell phone cannot be turned off. (Except HARD Switch off, by removing the battery). 4. If No one accepts the request,or the perpetrator breaks down/switches off the phone, the System dials POLICE EMERGENCY and provides HER details
