The company provides a shopping app that apply the logic of gamification rewarding users actions with discounts, free goods, and other related prizes. In a first phase, when a shop subscribe on the platform, the company will offer a package of prizes that shops will distribute to shoppers. The platform will collect then the behavioural statistics of end-customers (users) and will capitalise a growing portfolio of highly profiled customers. When the size of this portfolio will reach the trade-off point, the company will be able to offer to new shops a ready wallet of customers, so we will charge them an entry-fee. The platform allows shops to monitor and quantify the augmented customers’ traffic in their stores as well as other important statistics useful to decide marketing actions.
