Lip-Bu Tan | Lip-Bu Tan joined Intel Corporation’s board of directors in September 2022. Tan served as executive chair of the board of directors of Cadence Design Systems Inc., a computational software company providing solutions used to design and develop complex semiconductor chips and electronic systems, from December 2021 to May 2023, and as a member of its board since 2004. He was the company’s chief executive officer from 2009 to 2021, and its president from 2009 to 2017.
