Ventive Acquires Pluto September 06, 2017 08:30 AM Eastern Daylight Time BOISE, Idaho--( BUSINESS WIRE )-- Ventive, LLC , an award-winning custom software, platform, website, and application development, UX/UI design, data acquisition, Business Intelligence & CRM customization firm serving clients globally, today announced that it is acquiring Pluto, an interactive product design, web development, digital strategy, and ecommerce product and service agency, serving small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies, to further strengthen its ability to serve its rapidly growing client base and enhance its competitive position. The acquisition was accomplished through direct partnership discussions lead by the internal operations teams at both Ventive and Pluto, who were able to quickly reach an agreement structure and finalize a deal benefiting both parties. Under the terms of the agreement, Ventive has agreed to acquire the assets of Pluto. Pluto will cease operating as a separate company upon completion of the integration and Ventive will serve Pluto’s existing clients without disruption.
