Vindication In The Media For Lord Neil Gibson

Apr 11, 2014

Public perception of Lord Neil Gibson and Ralph Huang has been skewed through negative media supplied by Channel 5 Belize and it's affiliates. Lord Neil Gibson has finally begun receiving vindication in the media with an interview posted on PlusTV FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE   PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 10, 2014 - BELMOPAN CITY, Belize -- Over the course of the past two months, there has been a media onslaught of negative publicity for Lord Neil Gibson, the Las Vegas businessman who assisted Ralph Huang in his election to the position of Standard Bearer for Cayo South in Belize. This negative media has been sourced to Channel 5 Belize, a news organization who utilize the television and online spaces in order to publicize their opinions on matters concerning Belize and mask them as factual. In their latest stunt, Channel 5 Belize utilized an anonymous posting on their own website as a credible source to question the viability of Ralph Huang's election, done by tying him to Lord Neil Gibson and the support that he received. Gibson vocally supported Huang's election through a series of YouTube videos, press releases and website postings, as well as contributing to the election effort monetarily. Although this fact was never hidden by Gibson or Huang Channel 5 attempted to paint the relationship as suspicious and create doubt as to Huang and Gibson's motivations. Although interviews were provided by Gibson personnel fully explaining the relationship between the two as "friendly" and supported by media questioning of Huang himself where the sentiment was reiterated, Channel 5 continued to push the issue and attempt to create a negative public perception by using a posting on their website that was more than a year old to substantiate their claims, one in which the author refers to Gibson as a "fraud" due to a licensing issue that was proven later to be a misunderstanding and case of mistaken identity. Although Gibson and his company was completely cleared, Channel 5 never utilized this fact in their reporting. Now a new interview has come out from PlusTV Belize featuring Michael Singh, CEO in the Ministry of Trade, in which questions are answered regarding Belizean officials understanding of Gibson's business dealings and motivations in Belize, as well as addressing the issues of licensing and mistaken identity that called Gibson into question. “Well, it’s factual. It’s factual that he is not authorized to transact, because he doesn’t have a banking license in Belize. So, I think it was a clarification, and the clarification came through requests coming in from inquiries, asking whether or not he has such a license, and that the warning was just clarifying that he doesn’t. But it doesn’t mean that the man is a bad guy.," Singh stated. This vindication is the first public media that has arisen discussing the other side of the issue, and addressing the fact that Channel 5 Belize has been with-holding crucial facts and information in order to spin the story in their favor, casting Huang and Gibson in a negative light. Belizeans are encouraged to research the issues more by contacting their elected officials, or by viewing information presented on Gibson's websites themselves. http://www.lordneilbenjamingibson.com Contact
