The goal is to have the Proposals completed by the time the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be published. The Pihlajalinna Shareholders’ Nomination Board consists of the Chairman Juha Koponen (LähiTapiola Group), Mikko Wirén (MWW Yhtiö Oy), Tomi Yli-Kyyny (Fennia Mutual Insurance Company) and Carl Pettersson (Elo Mutual Insurance Company).
