(NASDAQ: PLAB) have received a $21 price target from Stifel. And Stifel analyst Patrick Ho upgraded Photronics to a “Buy” rating from a “Hold” rating while increasing the price target from $19. While Ho admitted to having missed the sharp run-up in the stock in 2021, he believes current prices represent an attractive entry point on a valuation basis with the broader market pullback. And Ho noted that the company has been executing well for some time while capitalizing on strong demand trends and improving its margin profile.
