heidelpay Group (heidelpay), un fornitore di servizi di pagamento tedesco fintech supportato da AnaCap Financial Partners, ha acquisito Universum Group (si veda privateequitywire ). Universum è un fornitore di servizi di pagamento e raccolta di debito con sede a Francoforte specializzato in soluzioni “PayLater”, il metodo di pagamento più grande e in più rapida crescita nei paesi di lingua tedesca (cosiddetta regione DACH) per i commercianti di e-commerce. La piattaforma Universum copre l’intero ciclo di vita dei crediti, dal controllo del credito al recupero una volta richiesta la raccolta del debito, sia in Germania che a livello globale. Universum rappresenta la quinta acquisizione per heidelpay dall’investimento iniziale di AnaCap a settembre 2017 e continua la strategia principale per sviluppare le capacità di omnicanalità, prodotto e distribuzione dei pagamenti del gruppo, espandendo al tempo stesso la sua forte impronta di crescita al servizio di pmi e grandi commercianti nella regione DACH con soluzioni innovative. Questa acquisizione accelera ulteriormente il già notevole tasso di crescita organica di heidelpay e rappresenta un’importante pietra miliare strategica sia nell’espansione del portafoglio sia nella diversificazione. La suite “FlexiPay” di Universum sarà incorporata come parte della gamma di prodotti esistenti di heidelpay e sosterrà l’espansione della sua posizione dominante come fornitore indipendente di metodi di pagamento proprietari nel mercato europeo. L’acquisizione di una soluzione “PayLater” leader segna un ulteriore passo avanti verso l’accelerazione della crescita di un distruttore omnicanale nello spazio di e-commerce DACH. Three software vendors – eVision, Enablon and Petrotechnics – lead the      market for Operational Risk Management (ORM) software but face strong      competition in this diverse market. Independent research firm Verdantix,      assessed the capabilities of 17 software suppliers on their ability to      help customers manage risk for physical assets such as oil refineries,      mines and chemical plants.
