The Iliad Group has acquired a majority stake in cybersecurity firm ITrust to expand the offering of its telecom and cloud services subsidiary Free Pro. Parsons, a company that provides technology services for government agencies and critical infrastructure, has completed the acquisition of IPKeys Power Partners for $43 million. IPKeys provides cybersecurity and other technology solutions for cities and utilities, and its acquisition enables Parsons to boost its cybersecurity and IT/OT software offerings.
