The Iliad Group has acquired a majority stake in cybersecurity firm ITrust to expand the offering of its telecom and cloud services subsidiary Free Pro. ITrust provides assessment, SIEM and threat hunting solutions, as well as managed EDR and SOC services. The companies are based in France. April 16-30 European cybersecurity services provider Allurity has acquired Portugal-based CloudComputing and Swiss firm Securix in an effort to strengthen its position in southern and central Europe. Investment company Drumz is acquiring integrated risk management firm Acuity Risk Management, reportedly for £3.6 million ($4.5 million). Drumz, which is changing its name to Acuity RM Group following the acquisition, previously owned 25% of Acuity shares. Both companies are based in the UK. Parsons, a company that provides technology services for government agencies and critical infrastructure, has completed the acquisition of IPKeys Power Partners for $43 million. IPKeys provides cybersecurity and other technology solutions for cities and utilities, and its acquisition enables Parsons to boost its cybersecurity and IT/OT software offerings.
