UFPI acquires Pallet USA, boosting industrial capacity and services in the Midwest Sep. 17, 2019 6:17 AM ET In a bid to expands industrial product capacity and services in the Midwest, Universal Forest Products (NASDAQ: UFPI ) today announced that one of its affiliates has acquired Hartford, Wisconsin-based Pallet USA, LLC. Pallet USA operates one facility that manufactures pallets and crates. Terms of transaction are not disclosed.
