Oxtox is developing Drugsensor, a device that uses cost-effective technology to rapidly detect specific drugs, all with a minimum of inconvenience. Just as a 'breathalyser' measures how much alcohol a person currently has in their system, so does Drugsensor measure the amount of cannabis and the varieties of amphetamine, by rapidly analysing a small sample of saliva.
