Blair Christie is a global technology leader who has grown and transformed brands and businesses for over two decades. As an independent board member and advisor, she brings a broad range of operating experience and a successful track record of digital disruption. She frequently advises Fortune 500 companies on strategy and brand development, leadership development and culture initiatives, as well as how to develop sustainable, measurable career development programs for women in the workforce - her personal passion.
Christie is currently an independent director on the boards of BMC Software, Optiv and Clarify Health with experience as Chair of Compensation and Transaction Committees, as well as a member of the Audit and Nomination & Governance committees. She works closely with KKR as an advisor, is an angel investor in several companies and continues to help launch, establish and advise new ventures, including theBoardlist, Landit and Project Isaiah.
Previously, Christie was an Executive Officer and Chief Marketing Officer with Cisco, the world's leading networking technology company, where she spent 18 years in various senior leadership roles. At Cisco, she was recognized for her deep understanding of the industry and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, along with delivering innovative campaigns, quantifiable results and industry-leading teams. During her time as CMO, she oversaw the strongest growth of Cisco’s brand value in the company’s history, as well as revamped its digital and marketing automation strategies. She was recognized as Forbes Top 20 most influential CMOs, Most Social CMOs and Top CMO in Big Data, along with Wall Street Journal’s Marketers that Matter: Brand Building Award. Prior to becoming CMO, Christie was Cisco's Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, where she led all corporate reputation initiatives.
She is a fellow of the 2015 class of the Aspen Institute's Henry Crown Fellowship program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Christie is also an inductee of the Drexel 100 and a member of Drexel University's President's Council.
Christie holds a B.S. degree in marketing and business administration and an MBA, concentrating in investment management, from Drexel University. She resides in Annapolis, MD with her husband and three children.
HERALD CHEN (Menlo Park) rejoined KKR in 2007, having previously worked for the Firm from 1995 to 1997, and co-heads the Technology industry team within KKR's Private Equity platform. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Chen was a Managing Director with Fox Paine & Company, Chief Executive Officer of ACMI Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer and co-Founder of Jamcracker, Inc. He was also with Goldman, Sachs & Co. He holds a B.S. and a B.S.E., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Yaron Levi is CISO for Dolby. He was previously CISO for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, InfoSec Director for Cerner, Security Architect for eBay; and Director of Cloud Security for ANX. Yaron is a Research Fellow for the Cloud Security Alliance, holds a B.A in Social Sciences and Management and graduated from the FBI CISO Academy.
