Blair Christie | Blair Christie is a global technology leader who has grown and transformed brands and businesses for over two decades. At Cisco, she was recognized for her deep understanding of the industry and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, along with delivering innovative campaigns, quantifiable results and industry-leading teams. During her time as CMO, she oversaw the strongest growth of Cisco’s brand value in the company’s history, as well as revamped its digital and marketing automation strategies. She was recognized as Forbes Top 20 most influential CMOs, Most Social CMOs and Top CMO in Big Data, along with Wall Street Journal’s Marketers that Matter: Brand Building Award. Prior to becoming CMO, Christie was Cisco's Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, where she led all corporate reputation initiatives. She is a fellow of the 2015 class of the Aspen Institute's Henry Crown Fellowship program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Christie is also an inductee of the Drexel 100 and a member of Drexel University's President's Council. Christie holds a B.S. degree in marketing and business administration and an MBA, concentrating in investment management, from Drexel University. Herald Chen | HERALD CHEN (Menlo Park) rejoined KKR in 2007, having previously worked for the Firm from 1995 to 1997, and co-heads the Technology industry team within KKR's Private Equity platform.
