Customers evaluate the quality of Optimity’s products using the following success metrics.

KPI 2: Health Risk Assessment (HRA) Completion rate. The HRA provides carriers an overall Health Grade for every existing (and prospective) policyholder which can be used by the carrier for underwriting and sales (up-sell or cross-sell) opportunities
KPI 1: User (Policyholders signups). When an Enterprise Carrier partners with Optimity and rolls it out to their policyholders/members base we look at the the number of their members that sign up to our app.
KPI 3: Monthly Active Users Rate (MAU rate). Optimity provides carriers with a holistic assessment of their policy holders by providing their members health and wellness quizzes, and fun challenges. The more of these challenges that are completed the more information the carrier will have about each members, which can then be used by sales/marketing to provide relevant products and services.
