COMO Group acquires Luxembourg payment institution ONPEX Monday 21 December 2020 14:39 CET | News Singapore-based payments processing services company COMO Group has acquired ONPEX , a Luxembourg-based payment institution. Via this partnership, the companies will offer clients omnichannel payments and multi-currency capabilities. Furthermore, automated reconciliation and invoicing, synchronisation of account receivables and payables, and data analytics will be available along with Merchant of Record Services, providing PSD2 compliance in Europe. These services will be delivered globally through a centralised platform. COMO supports more than 400 payment types across 71+ countries and 126 currencies. COMO is aiming to expand into the global ecommerce, marketplaces, integrated payments, and B2B2X.
