OMMAX supported The Quality Group GmbH, the leading group of multiple sports nutrition and dietary supplements brands in the DACH market, on the sale. In preparation for the sale, OMMAX supported The Quality Group GmbH (TQG) with a Commercial Vendor Due Diligence and examined the company’s commercial and digital performance, evaluating dimensions like market dynamics, competition landscape, historical and digital performance as well as the business plan. The Quality Group GmbH showed a high digital maturity with a unique marketing approach.
