Digital Health Age Clanwilliam Group, a healthcare technology and services company, has acquired Obsidian in a €300 million agreement. Obsidian works with clinical experts to design and deliver education programmes for pharma, biotech and healthcare organisations, as well as grant providers and medical societies – and will retain its identity and independence.
