In the last decade tornadoes have killed over a thousand people, disrupted millions of lives and done many billions of dollars damage to property. I have reason to believe that it is possible to build a device that can be deployed near tornadoes to neutralize them. Research has begun, for verifying the principles involved, using some rare equipment. If all continues to be a go (as it has in gathering information so far), some number of the devices will be built to be tested against real tornadoes. Storm chasers can be enlisted since they are skilled in knowing where to be. It is expected the device can be effective when deployed within an eighth of a mile or so of the funnel. Video evidence will be collected. Goal: Retail product Customers might be mainly municipalities (towns etc) with deployment primarily by fire departments. Market: Primarily the United States (To some degree a dozen or so additional areas in the world).
