The round, which brings total funding to date to $105m, was led by Kharis Capital and Verlinvest with participation from Conviviality Ventures. The company intends to use the funds to accelerate expansion in France and scale across Europe. Founded by Clément Benoit and Alexandre Haggai, Not So Dark is a food tech startup that helps restaurants run a second delivery-focused business. The company is built on an agile business model that leverages smart kitchens, connected shelves, robotics and BI analytics to continually optimize costs, speed logistics and increase profit margins.
