Shorewest Realtors said Tuesday it has acquired My Dwelling , a Milwaukee residential rental and property management company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. "My Dwelling offers a successful leasing/rental platform that adds increased value to Shorewest's home buying and selling services for our clients," Joe Horning, president of Brookfield-based Shorewest, said in a statement. My Dwelling specializes in residential homes, condominiums and apartments in metro Milwaukee and surrounding communities. With the help of its home and condo management division, homeowners can enjoy the benefits of home ownership without the hassle and headaches of personally caring for the property, Shorewest said. My Dwelling will continue to operate out of its downtown Schlitz Park location. Mark Wiener will continue to manage the office and a team of nine agents and office staff, Shorewest said. "We're excited to join the Shorewest family," Wiener said. "Our services can provide Shorewest clients and their families with assistance in taking care of their homes, becoming a landlord and finding the perfect home or condo to lease.
