The digital media company which covers bridal market, BrideClick , Inc. has acquired the assets of female lifestyle giant Mode Media Corporation. As the part of the deal, Mode Media’s acquired assets will add what was claimed to be one of the largest digital media companies to BrideClick’s growing digital portfolio. The companies assets include the brands of Glam and Foodie. The combined company is to be re-named Glam , Inc. Due to a confidentiality agreement, the terms of the acquisition remain undisclosed. But, it is reported that BrideClick did not acquire Mode Media’s Japanese assets. ADVERTISEMENT On the acquisition, Henry Chamberlain, Chairman of BrideClick, said: BrideClick and Glam are a perfect fit. BrideClick has a passionate team with a track record of building long-term partnerships with bridal bloggers, social media influencers and advertisers.
