Ben is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Fairbridge Venture Partners. Prior to Fairbridge, Ben founded yet2Ventures, a venture capital fund that specializes in corporate spinouts, medical devices, electronics, materials science, and clean tech. Yet2Ventures was incubated at Yet2.com, a firm Ben co-founded in 1999, with offices in Tokyo, Boston, Liverpool, and Wilmington, Delaware. Yet2.com is the world’s largest Open Innovation Platform and has strategic relationships with most of the world’s largest companies. Phillip B. Stern, M.B.A., brings his extensive experience in the fields of open innovation and patent transactions to yet2Ventures. He leads the due diligence, valuation, and follow-on investment activities for the firm’s portfolio. Mr. Stern co-founded yet2.com in 1999 and leads the overall strategy and direction of the company. He has recently spearheaded the company’s new practice in serving clients’ needs in patent transactions. Previously, Mr. Stern worked 13 years in general management and strategy consulting. He has substantial expertise in developing and implementing breakthrough strategic plans, having served clients for Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Stern also developed an expertise in the valuation of businesses and assets. With several years of experience working with fund-level and portfolio company tax and accounting issues, Mr. Stern brings strong leadership in building functional teams that provide timely and accurate investor communications and information. Mr. Stern earned his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.

Sanjay brings 10 years of collective experience in Principal Investments, Investment Banking/M&A, Operations and Engineering. Previously, he worked at Bear Stearns & Co, providing M&A advisory work in Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector. He also worked at Millennium Technology Ventures, where he was involved in traditional and alternate venture investments and helped launch a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC). Sanjay also held various roles within Intel Corporation's New Business Initiatives Group – a venture incubator arm of Intel Capital. While at Intel he focused in communications infrastructure and technology sector. He joined Intel through the acquisition of Level One Communications, where he started his career as a R&D engineer.
