SPAC Genesis Growth to merge with digital health company MindMaze Dzmitry Dzemidovich Swiss SPAC Genesis Growth Acquisition Corp. ( OTC:GGAAF ), whose securities are slated to be de-listed from Nasdaq later this month, has entered into a business combination with Swiss digital health company MindMaze. Genesis disclosed the deal with MindMaze in an SEC filing. Mind Maze is a provider of digital solutions for neurological monitoring and rehabilitation. The SPAC disclosed in another filing that Nasdaq had determined the company no longer qualified for a listing on its exchange. The SPAC’s securities are scheduled to be de-listed on Nov. 30.
