Pierre Cuilleret – Biography
Pierre has 30 years of professional experience growing companies and creating value for shareholders as a serial technology entrepreneur, investor and board member. In 1996, Pierre sold his car to fund the start-up of The Phone House, a fast-growing specialist mobile phone retailer that later became part of Carphone Warehouse plc, which listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2000. In 2005, Pierre invested alongside L-Catterton in video game retailer Micromania and became CEO. Under Pierre’s leadership, Micromania grew rapidly and was sold to GameStop for approximately $700 million in 2008. Pierre was an early investor in Facebook, Uber, Royalty Pharma and Moderna. Since 2011, he has served as a non-executive board member for both listed and private companies, including DIA and Desigual in Spain and Boohoo Group Plc in the UK. After studying at the University of California (Berkeley), the Stockholm School of Economics and HEC (France), Pierre’s early career was spent in strategy and business transformation consulting. Shareholder vote upon acquisition

In order to complete a business combination, Pegasus Entrepreneurs will convene a general meeting and propose the business combination for consideration and approval by its shareholders, which resolution is to be adopted by a simple majority of the votes cast at such shareholders’ meeting (assuming at least half of the issued and outstanding share capital is represented at such meeting)

Seagate is reportedly getting ready to release a cheaper 500GB storage expansion card for Xbox Series X|S consoles to complement the 1TB model currently priced at $220. The French blog XboxSquad (via Video Games Chronicle ) shared a screenshot of an internal listing from French retailer Micromania showing the new Seagate card. According to the screenshot, the 500GB Seagate Extension card for Xbox Series X|S consoles will be priced at €154.99 in Europe (the 1TB model is €249.99), and it’s listed with a November 14 release date. The existing 1TB Seagate Expansion Card uses a new proprietary port on the back of Xbox Series X|S consoles, and it supports the same Xbox Velocity Architecture as the consoles’ internal NVMe SSDs. Games optimized for Xbox Series X|S consoles can only be launched from the consoles’ internal hard drive or a Seagate Expansion card, but the 1TB model probably remains too expensive for most gamers. It remains to be seen if other manufacturers than Seagate will release their own Storage Expansion cards for Xbox Series X|S consoles at some point. If Microsoft’s proprietary plug-and-play technology is currently really easy to use, Sony went a different way with its PlayStation 5, allowing gamers to install M.2 SSDs inside the console. A French retailer may have leaked the much-debated PS5 price ahead of tonight’s PlayStation 5 Showcase. Reported by European games website PlayerOne , French retailer Micromania prematurely priced the next-gen PlayStation 5 console at €499 with a disc tray and €399 for the discless Digital Edition . Alongside the PS5 price leak, Micromania also listed preorders for multiple PlayStation 5 launch titles including Spider-Man: Miles Morales , Demon’s Souls Remake, Destruction All-Stars and Sackboy Adventures.
