Backers include INTEC IT Capital, Neostella Capital Co., ngi group, Nippon Venture Capital Co., and SMBC Venture Capital Co. The company intends to use the capital to hire new human resources for its Singapore-based, wholly owned subsidiary Metaps Pte. Ltd., as well as to advance its Asia-focused platform business “metaps”. Led by President and CEO Katsuaki Sato, Metaps is a reward advertisement network that offers software developers a platform for low-risk advertising through a CPI (cost-per-install)-based traffic, meanwhile generates revenue by incentivized ads placed on their own media.
