Hub International Acquires the Assets of Florida-Based MDW Insurance Group, Inc., Agents Insurance Resources, Inc. and A.I.R. Insurance Marketing, Inc. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Based in Coral Gables and Plantation, Florida, and Los Angeles, California, MDW is a multi-lines insurance solutions provider.
