The company primarily provides training in areas of vulnerability assessment, bomb threat management, bus safety, parent reunification training, and lockdown alternatives. It also provides consulting services where it works with schools, districts, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to identify and meet safety needs. Educator's School Safety Network was founded in 2008 and is based in Genoa, Ohio.

This New York City based company provides outsourced directory assistance services by responding to texts and answering phone calls to help customers find what they are looking for. After launching a texting service in the U.K., KGB brought the service to the U.S. in the fall of 2008.
