Chubb appoints EVP; MassMutual hires new head of HR: Career moves

Digital risk insurance company Coalition hired Robert Jones as head of global claims. Previously, he worked at AIG for 32 years, most recently as executive vice president of financial lines, specialty claims. Joining Coalition on February 5, Jones will partner with senior leaders at the company to develop its global claims offering, develop its cyber claims team, and collaborate with the company's security and technology teams to serve policyholders proactively and with loss incidents.
