Which product or service does the potential customer want to purchase and when does he need it? How do you avoid bringing a bottle of wine for the customer when the customer told you that he never drinks? How do you build a good relationship with your customers? Building a good relationship with your customers is about so much more than just delivering within the agreed time and ensuring that billing runs smoothly. You build a good relationship by personalizing contact with your customer. You make the difference if you know how to surprise the customer at the perfect time with the right information or a personal gift. And the latter is not a bottle from the liquor store, if you could have known that you missed the mark with such a gift. So it’s all about collecting all the customer’s data and using it in the right way and at the right time. Look, now we’re getting a little closer to the solution.
