LumenOptix LLC has merged with and CeeLite Technologies LLC to form LumenOptix Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. The Provco Group also provided a round of funding to LumenOptix. The funding will allow for a significant increase in the Company’s capabilities in product development and operations and allow for the addition of a regional sales management group to support the Company’s independent agent salesforce throughout North America.
