Mike Volpi | Michelangelo Volpi, who will serve as a director upon the effective date of the registration statement of which this prospectus forms a part, has been a partner at Index Ventures, Inc., a venture capital firm investing in technology-enabled companies with a focus on e-commerce, Fintech, mobility, gaming, infrastructure/AI, and security, since 2009.
