Paul is currently the interim-chairperson and a member of the board of directors of USA Rugby, the National Governing Body for the sport. Before founding NOCpulse, Inc., Santinelli was chief technology officer of Global Center and vice president of technology for Global Crossing, a telecommunications company that built and operated the world's first independent global fiber optic network. During the past 12 years, he has held various positions in the technology arena with a host of companies including Red Hat, IBM, Lotus Development Corporation and Compuware Corporation. Santinelli holds a B.S. from Emerson College in Boston, where he received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2012. He holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University, where he was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta International Honors Society. Paul is currently on the board of Foro Energy and USA Rugby and has served on the boards of Couchbase, Tapjoy, LiveRamp and Ravel. He also served on the advisory boards of Arrowpoint Communications (acquired by Cisco), Kiva Software (acquired by Netscape), Mobility.Net (acquired by Software.com) and One Secure (acquired by Netscreen).
