Amelia Knight Acquires Longshawe Packaging   WHO: Longshawe Packaging is a producer of cosmetic and personal care products. Amelia Knight is a private-label manufacturer with two decades of experience providing end-to-end solutions for beauty brands. The business also has a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands across skincare, color. and gifting. WHY: The acquisition will enable Amelia Knight to significantly increase its own capabilities to manufacture cosmetics, including oils, haircare, male grooming, and skincare products, from within the UK while also complementing its existing facilities in Hangzhou, China. IN THEIR OWN WORDS: David Salmon, founder and Chairman of Amelia Knight, said: “We are immensely proud of the acquisition of Longshawe Packaging, as it signifies considerable milestones for both Amelia Knight and the UK manufacturing industry. Amelia Knight plans to double the headcount at the Longshawe plant and invest in new state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment.
