Local TV owns and/or operates broadcast television stations in the United States, including a mix of CBS, FOX, ABC, NBC, CW, and myNetworkTV stations.In January 2007, Oak Hill Capital Partners acquired the Broadcast Media Group of the New York Times Company for $575 million. The platform was branded to Local TV. In July 2013, Local TV was acquired by Tribune Co. The valuation of Local TV was $2.73 billion. Other terms of the deal were not released.
