To use points in physical stores or deliveries, the customer must have an active Livelo account and download the Livelo app. During the completion of the transaction in the store, the customer must request payment via QR Code in the credit function, enter the Livelo application and select the option “Redemption with QR Code”. The next step is to position the cell phone camera over the QR Code generated by the machine. When the transaction summary appears, showing how many points will be needed to obtain the reward, the customer will need to confirm the transaction.
