But, there isnt an online tool that allows you to: 1) To create a "closed" or "open" list for candidates or let candidates present themselves and/or their CV and their willingness for the position to be selected. 2) To create an ideological or characteristics-type filter of candidates by the voters. 3) To open that ready-made candidates list available for a closed or an open list of voters. 4) To identify those votes by means of list of email, list of mobile numbers via sms or digital certificate. 5) Let voters share any number of votes among their preferred candidates. 6) Let the candidates have their own blog inside the tool to show whatever they want (social media, blogs, video) and make their point viral, social and able to interact with the voters. 7) Select the optimum candidate based on the most accepted/less rejected candidates.
