Thompson Street Capital Partners Platform BCM One Announces Acquisition of LincLogix ST. LOUIS (January 14, 2021) – Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today its acquisition of LincLogix ( www.linclogix.com ), a leading reseller of managed technology solutions based in Indianapolis, Indiana. LincLogix specifically offers data and voice solutions to multi-site businesses with a niche in the manufacturing, retail and healthcare verticals. The acquisition represents an investment by BCM One to grow its commercial and sales organizations while expanding its geographical footprint. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
